Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you would like to exchange your product, or return for a full refund, you can now use our bespoke returns portal at

In order to do this, you will need your Order ID & the email address you used upon purchase. 

Please note: Returns & Exchanges via the portal are only available for U.K customers. If you have purchased from overseas, you can still use the portal to tell us of the details of your return, we will then send you the DHL label to return the shorts to our warehouse, either for an exchange or full refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused with the security tag attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 working days dependent on payment method.

Late or Missing Returns 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
