Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you would like to exchange your product, or return for a full refund, you can now use our bespoke returns portal at

In order to do this, you will need your Order ID & the email address you used upon purchase.
Please note: Returns & Exchanges via the portal are only available for U.K customers. If you have purchased from overseas, you will need to organise a return to our postal address.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused with the security tag attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 working days dependent on payment method.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
