Shipping Costs

United Kingdom

  • For all UK orders, we use the Royal Mail 24hr 1st class delivery method which is free of charge to our customers.

EU Countries

  • For EU countries, we are using our preferred courier (DHL Express) who guarantee delivery within 4 working days.

  • For this service, we are charging a flat rate of £15.00 to our customers. You will receive notifications during the shipment process and a tracking number will be supplied to you once shipped.

  • In addition to this, all EU orders are sent on a DDP (Duties & Taxes Paid) basis and therefore you will not incur any additional costs associated with your parcel.

International (Rest of the world)

  • For international orders, we are using our preferred courier (DHL Express) who guarantee delivery within 4 working days.

  • For this service, we are charging a flat rate of £20.00 to our customers. You will receive notifications during the shipment process and a tracking number will be supplied to you once shipped.

  • In addition to this, all International orders are sent on a DDP (Duties & Taxes Paid) basis and therefore you will not incur any additional costs associated with your parcel.
