How does Gusari fit?
For accurate information on sizing, please see the detailed size guide on each product page.
While Gusari fits true to size we would advise sizing-up on our swimwear if you are between sizing. Out garments are tailored and therefore going a size up will ensure comfort.
Like our swimwear, our shirts fit true to size.
What is a pre-order item?
All our products are carefully crafted using a number of complex pieces to create the perfect garment. Because of this our lead times can be slightly longer. If the garment you wish to order has the Pre Order button next to it this means that the garment is either in production or in transit to one of our fulfillment centers across Europe. If the website does not specify when the product will come into stock please email info@gusari.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.
How do I track my order?
An email will be sent confirming your order has left our warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay on compatible devices.
How do I return an order?
We will honour any returns within 14 days providing the returns tag has not been removed from the garment. Cost of return postage will be met by the customer.
What happens after ordering?
We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been placed. We will then ship out your order within 1 working day.
